Shipping policy

Orders are shipped ASAP through Royal mail 24 or 48-hour tracked service across the UK based on your selection. (excluding Scottish Islands and Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man). 

If your order is urgent then please contact our team directly at info@idolo.co.uk, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. 

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

Once your order is confirmed, you will be notified via email which will include an order tracking number and kept up to date on expected delivery times - notified by SMS.

Most deliveries arrive within 1-2 days once shipped, but please check your tracking information for delivery updates on your order.

RETURNS

We do our absolute best to make sure your items are packaged and delivered to you in the best possible condition. 

But unfortunately, accidents do sometimes happen.

If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem for you ASAP.
